Hi
I would be grateful for advise. Is fronius( ? prima) inverter better than solaredge new HD wave for 4 K home installation. There are reported problems with solaredge optimiser needing replacement with time which would be a hassle. Are there any fire safety concerns with fronius. Can fronius be switched off in case of fire.

I got a quote of about £ 6200 from a highly recommended installer for complete installation for 4 K LG neon all black panel with solar edge new HD wave inverter. Does it seem reasonable. There is some extra charge for water heater controller and zappy charger( have electric car).
Thanks.

Fronius every time. Solaredge are not great and have appaling customer service when you have issues. If you must have Solaredge avoid the optimisers that mount under the panels (they will fail and panels need to be removed to trace insulation fault and replace) and have the standard inverter only.

hopefully will plan fronius prima on 2 strings if possible for 2 rows of 6 and 7 panels.
Battery(tesla) including installation in 6 K which is too expensive at present. Will battery in few years be better with fronius.
Can someone please recommend excellent solar panel installers in North East.
Does cost of around 6K appears reasonable for above mentioned system.
Thanks.
