Hi,

I have just purchased the above product but the installation instructions are a bit vague.

Please would you be able to tell me how to wire this fitting.

I have attached a picture of my existing product and also a picture of the new fitting.

I'm not sure where to place the live and neutral wires on the new fitting.

Any help appreciated.

John.

Red to L on the IN side and black to the opposite terminal on the LOAD side. The black is actually a live and should be sleeved red but not really an issue.

Well done for posting a picture of the existing setup. :)
So much better than a picture of a bunch of random cables ...

John, you will need red sleaving on the black to indicate that it is live and if you post the instructions up we may be able to confirm inline with the manufacturer's instructions the forum does not permit us to give step by step on how to wire.

Also looks like that new switch may require a neutral. Post a picture of the wiring instructions please.

The neutral terminal is only for the neutral wire if there are some there. It will operate with no neutral.
