GU10 LED Dimmable keeps blowin up the breaker

I ran a completely brand new line from the electrical panel to a single pole switch which controls 4 GU10 LED Dimmable lights connected in parallel, every time i flip the light switch i blow the breaker, i tested the lines for resistance and was still able to check physically if the wire is bent/damaged/broken/etc everything seems ok, i replaced the breaker for a new 20, and still the same problem, any suggestions anyone...help

i think you have connected something up wrong, get your tester out and prove your connections

Check there is no copper touching between any terminals especially in your downlights. Cant imagine it was much fun connecting 2 "12 gauges" into one of those small connector blocks

OK so what I did was. ..removed the entire wire from the switch to the electrical panel, connected a temporary supply wrie from the light circuit to wall outlet (maybe not too smart but had to stay somewhere) plugged that in and all the lights worked beautifully. and yes I did test resistance, continuity, and all the light bulbs before I did any of this, now since lights work I'm planning to run a new supply line to the breaker box, new breaker, and see what happens, BTW the original wire tested OK and it was not damaged in any way. ...no visible signs at least. ...could it have been a busted breaker? bad switch? All tested OK before I plugged it the first time. ....
BTW the small connectors went right into the storage box, I think they are way to small, I used new better quality wire nuts

Your not an Electrician so this needs moving to DIY section, you have done some very basic tests but these alone are no good as you would require to do an insulation test to check for damaged or shorted cable. I assume you do not have a meter to carry this out either.
Dropping out the lamps and doing an insulation test would have been the first step with your symptoms so either get a competent Electrician in to help you or do the work.
