We have just completed a self build, and heating system is Air Source Heat Pump, unvented HW cylinder, Buffet Tank, all Vaillant equipment.
The heating firm have ceased trading before the system has been completed and fully commissioned. Ground floor is UFH with 6 zones controlled by Heatmiser UH8 RF, 6 Heatmiser Slimline RF thermostats which connect via WiFi to the UH8 RF, and a circulating pump attached to manifold, and flow and return runs connected to buffer tank. This all works fine. First floor is radiators. and a second pump has been installed on the other side of the buffer tank for this circuit, but has not been connected to the Heatmiser UH8 RF or to a mains supply.
i would like to use a single Slimline RF thermostat to control this second pump for the radiators circuit and would appreciate any help you might be able to offer me so I can pass the information on to my local electrician. On the UH8 RF zones 1-6 are used for the UFH and zones 7 and 8 are unused
