Help me with an advise how to find a job.

Hello everyone. Can someone tell me agency who are looking for electrical trainee in London? I sent like 1000 of CVs and still without a job. I'm ready to work for minimum wages. The problem is I don't have much experience as an electrician. But I do have Level 2 Diploma in electrical installations and Level 3 is in progress. I'm getting so upset that I can not find a job. (I'm 28 and trying to change my career)
