Help needed on 10 new build flats

I have been asked to put in a price to do the electrics for a development of 10 new 2 bed flats in south London (near j6 onthe m25). Start is end oct and fin is end Jan. Works includes externals, entry and alarm. I can't do by myself so wondered if anyone out there has a team available at that time and who would want to submit a price with me. Tender due back 27 July. Rough count on drgs is for 20 sockets and 33 lights/ downlights per flat plus sky alarm and extraction. Pm me if you interested. I will post an update later in the month.
