Its what your happy with, ie gauging how long its going to take, then price to that.Good point Dave - How do we alter prices for a fully furnished house to an empty 1. Would you alter the price per point?
wow . bad boy .lolWe only do ‘occupied rewires’ if the customer goes away for a holiday etc for a week or two we start looking through the nickers draw . . so their is less of hassle with out being caught out .

Ha ha, reminds me we were doing a big rewire in Hertfordshire moving furniture to get carpets up etc lol the top draw fell open onto the floor, all rude things were in it, she was very posh too.
