Discuss Help wiring cooker hood for cafe in the Electrical Wiring, Theories and Regulations area at ElectriciansForums.net

Hello I’m confused about the amount of wires for a cooker hood that need fitting into a speed control switch and then into fused spur. I’ll attach some photos but can you guys please help me on how to wire this?

Thanks

Don't know what happened obviously wrong thread sorry folks

The 6 wires are connected into the fan itself. The picture is the other end of it which is to go into the switch.
It is also single phase.
