Hi.

I'm Paul from Chester.

I've been vvorking as a Chef for 9 years and recently I started training to be an electrician. Started as a Chef as a job to get me on my feet and just havent had time to get out of it. This being the case my practical DIY knovvledge is slim but I am looking forvvard to learning all the skills needed to ensure I'm competent.

Have been reading posts on this forum for a vvhile novv and I knovv its going to be difficult. I am going to vvork hard and make sure I am competent and as soon as I am ready vvill look for vvork as an electricians mate.

Also looking forvvard to making friends here and seeking advise vvhen I'm stuck if that vvould be ok.

Thanks and nice to meet everyone. Paul

(My VV Double U key is broken so is 2 Vs) :)

hi, paul. good luck on the job front. you have probably realised that a short course will not make you an electrician, but with practical experience as a mate, you can make it work. my w key is OK, it's just the brain that's broke. :75:
