Hi

I know that batteries get constant voltage and variable current , but why (for ex. cell battery) has 5v rating as standard but not 1a std , i mean why the amp change (500mA , 1A , 2A ...) if voltage is always the same ?? (I didn't get that in simulation !)

To answer your question is Current flows from positive to negative

To answer your question is Current flows from positive to negative

Also the voltage never changes in a parallel circuit and drops in a series circuit

You are charging the battery , so the voltage source is no longer a steady chemical reaction , but actually the AC charging source .
(best not be homework)
If you lower the current does it become steady ?
(Smoothing capacitor getting depleted)
Clues of origin may be in observed frequency of ripple !
