I just had visions of SWA across celing to lights and a nice besa box that would be a luverly mess

OP Without actualy seeing what you are talking about it is very difficult to say its "Safe" or not your best bet would be to say where your located and possibly getting a member round to advise you on what course of action would be best GoodLuck
