Look at the cached copy of the forum on your computer, then you'll be able to see everything that you've posted.

Most mobile apps are selective about what page content they parse or display. They do this to make it more small-screen friendly. I'm guessing the edited info is one of the sacrifices being made. You may need to log onto the forum with a PC or laptop using a traditional browser to see the info.

There are many more reasons posts are deleted eg. Abrasive, Insulting, Trolling, Unhelpful etc. etc.
