Is this normal wiring or spyware

I've got good reason believe there is spyware in my apartment due to previous bulgary and unusual events (haven't listed).

Unable to locate anything but possibly its wired into the mains? It's a fairly new and modern apartment.

I have no knowledge on electrical stuff. Could someone give me advice if it's normal or not?

Electrical related things I've noticed recently:

• the trap door to roof in my apartment keeps popping open
• opposite trap door in hallway is dirty/finger marks when all others are clean and making a buzzing noise
• ventalition fans suddenly on 24/7
• 2 way splitter above the bathroom trap with green cord. It's loose when all the other cables neatly tied to the walls together (wouldn't it be installed when built without splitter)(why is it running through bathroom)
• heater/air-conditioning suddenly faulty
• faint buzzing sound in bedroom

I doubt it has anything to do with spyware.
