WSCAD is a Siemens based system.
Has the ability to carry out the following:

Electrical installation design drawings circuits and layouts

materials listing
automatic wire numbering
automatic page cross referencing
plc drawings card layout etc

I have used this on many occasions on a windows 7 PC it is a similar system to Eplan, RS wiring but a great improvement on auto cad electrical.
