Hi Guys. After a bit of advise. My Costco outdoor led tree power supply went in to kill mode and was out putting around 100 vac instead of the designed 24vdc. The original was a 600mA 25 volt 36watt transformer -well that's what was on the label- Anyway I ordered a replacement driver - a 600mA 12-36volt upto 50watt which I thought would be fine. Long story short it worked fine for a few hours and now it's dead. My question is I deemed the original to be a constant current driver as was the replacement. Is it possible to overload a constant current driver and is do you agree the unit I got should have worked fine?

Thanks in advance

James
