I am out in the desert with a lightning protection question that I am hoping someone can help me with.
We try to adhere to 17th Edition rules and regs where possible. I haven't got my regs book with me so can't refer to that.
I have a small installation that should be protected against lightning strike. It is a comms radome. The next door building has an electrode fitted for lightning protection. What are the rules with regards to connecting to an adjacent buildings lightning protection system.
I could put an electrode in but the water table is approximately 140 feet.
If anyone can advise I would be very grateful.
Many thanks.
Tim.
