after i have finished my level 2,3 and 18 edition BS7671
i have got my ecs card electrical trainee in Manchester

apart from the info. in your OP, a prospective employer would need to know if you have a full driving licence.

You are in anchester so you need to look at your local Utility suppliers, Electricity North West, United Utilities and so on. They don't advertise through agencies it will be on there careers section.
