dam ankle is like a balloon. stood on a piece of wood and that sound of cracking was followed by a missing ankle. when i looked down it was a set of cellar steps. just went down about 4 foot. if i had of stepped on the one next to it it would have been lets just say worse than a swollen ankle. ice packs to the ready. anyone got any wide boots as this is not going anywhere near mine for a couple of days

if you have a shower,put it on its most powerful setting,2 mins hot 2 mins cold on foot for about an hour,its boring but it works..
