Just sent my helper to do he 17th update as heard it was last chances. He came back to say the 2391 course is changing to and the tutor told him to hold back untill the new books come out.
I had my annual N.I.C inspection on the 21st of dec
The bloke showed me the new forms (just a tick sheet) but didnt extend to say anymore. Is it changing? Is it better just hanging out? I'm trying to get him up to speed but dont want to pay twice. Thanks

Cheers lenny,

I understand this, but does anyone know if we would need to be updated as the basic tests would remain the same. There just making it more simple yes and no answers on the departure lists. Thanks

The new forms are a pile of ****, gonna take longer to fill out the paperwork than to carry out the inspections

A total nightmare if your doing a commercial/industrial PIR the intended changes will incorporate a whole ream of forms for each DB. Even in domestic if you have a main CU and perhpas a couple of sub boards it will be a challenge just to do the paperwork

The 2391-10 exam papers are printed way ahead, its quite likely that all the exam papers for this year are ready and stored in a safe location in siberia or somewhere equally remote like cornwall, so no changes this year
