NAPIT Certification Scheme Napit wont accept my C&G 2363 unit credits

Hi . Trying to rejoin NAPIT after about a 5 year break. I have submitted the evidence/photo of my C&G 2363 gained wayback in 1985, but its only showing the unit credits. They are saying I need my actual certificate even though the 'unit credits' are: credit, credit and distinction! So obviously a pass! I am trying to rejoin Napit after a 5 year break and it was acceptable last time I was with them. Obviously the other certs are fine.
They looked at my qualifications just before submitting my application last week, and actually said all was fine.Took my deposit and now say Its not good enough evidence! I doubt C&G still hold records of certs' for so long ago?
Any thoughts are welcome.

Approx 2 years ago I applied to C & G for and received a copy of my 2361 from 1981.
