Hi all. Go easy on me never changed a consumer unit that needs to fit in meter/consumer unit cupboard for old council blocks. Have attached a video thought I had taken some photos seems not. Have seen wylex boards used before but not sure what the best options are at the moment. Any point in right direction would be appreciated. Thanks

Metal box recessed into a wall containing meter and fuses. In my area they are known as prento boxes after the makers.
You used to be able to get kits to fit in them to upgrade.
