Hi Steve and all in the forum
If I may introduce myself, I am a semi retired college lecturer and currently still teaching level 3 electrical installations to 16-19 year olds and to adults in the evening. I was looking at your brilliant work on these forms, and the one piece of information that I cannot find in the RTFM is whether they are copyrighted or not. I would like to use the forms with my students as practice assignments as well as model form filling for their exams. I am also a chief examiner for an examination board and part of a particular exam includes the completion either in part or in full from a selection of forms for the current versions from a given scenario. If they are not copyrighted may I have permission to use the forms for the purpose outlined?
Many thanks in anticipation.
Kind Regards
John Calleja

Steve this is an extremely useful set of documents, thank you for you efforts

Tester Steve. Many many thanks for this. Not only is it superb it is very user freindly together. I have been offered similar certs in the past with drop down menus etc but all have flaws. This is great! :) Do you have similar layout versions for Minor Works and EICs?

One question on the schedule of inspections, point 7 with regards recessed downlights its got...

"installed to minimise build up of heat by use of "fire rated" fittings, insulation displacement box or similar (421.1)"

Then the options are X, LIM, NA, REMOTE and LOCAL.

What do the REMOTE and LOCAL refer to? And isnt there just a tick option for this item?

Cheers and well done on a great job!!! I was about to make my own, so thanks for saving me the effort, you're a star! :willy_nilly:

thank you great bit of software the only thing im struggling with is i have a job with about 15 db's how do i add the other db sheets into the one pdf so all page numbers in order

Can anyone send me a completed EICR form for a single board (domestic) so that I can compare with

top man ,,,excellent job ,,,gives us all a good look at it before it comes into use,,,thanks

on page 3, at the extreme right , is a column with a yes/no option.i assume this refers to whether or not remedial action is required ( there is no heading for this column)

just wondering if anyone has a link with these forms already filled out for a little guidence.... could be useful

I'm a bit late! But many thanks, saves me many hours at the computer making up the new forms!

I think they are really good, the only thing I dont like is they are loosly based on the NIC version, as in the test result section is spread over 2 pages, if the sheets were landscape, and over 1 sheet for all results off a circuit, that would be really nice, not sure if that can be altered easily, but hey still good,
