if you keep pressing 0 and saying get human you get put straight through to an operator usually.I am sure no matter what number you press you'd get the same operator anyway
The other annoying thing is the voice that asks questions you answer one then the next one and on and on then get a human operator who asks the same questions all over again
So do I Geordie my company policy if we pay by credit card is the person I am talking to to give there name and address to stop fraudWhen they ask for personal details for "Quality", "Security" and other shyte, I reply by asking them the same questions for the same reasons.
