I'm not doing it! No chance!.....just wanted to know about it.....otherwise I never will

Well i always start at the incoming supply to MDB, then do each sub circuit, then if there are more boards at the end of the sub circuits, i do these. Its not really any different in principle from a house with a garage CU.
The issues come from being able to isolate or not so your testing gets limited by the practicalities of turing the whole lot off. Also finding stuff can be harder, sometimes i give up and end up writing "not found" on the cert. Evenwith the clients rep helping and all local knowledge sometimes stuff just disappears, lol

Am I treating each armour to each apartment.....64 in total as a single circuit and going right through CRIPPLER?

Nice one plugs & sparks

assuming eachapartment that has a cable has a presence in a DB in the plant room as either a fuse or MCB, then yes, its a distribution cct. Assuming there is a CU in the apartment you then carry out a Zdb at that board and carry on as normal.
The EICR differentiates between dist ccts and final ccts so its easy to tick your way through although it does appear to take longer with the new certs.
