Does anyone else have problems with the flimsy cardboard boxes Prysmian cable is now supplied in?
The idea is you don't need a cable mate or spoola, the box is supposed to distribute the cable for you. All that happens is the cable cuts into the box, then the box falls apart. You're then left with cable on a flimsy cardboard spool.
Our company normally specifies Prysmian due to the quality of the cable, but the boxes are doing my head in!!
