I have recently installed a Ring Wired Doorbell, and everything had been working perfectly, however randomly the lights downstairs stopped working. I tried turning them all on and off through the switch board, which sorted out the lights, however the Ring Doorbell is turning on and off and repeatedly ringing our doorbell chime, not the Ring Chime. Is there any way to fix this issue? I have since turned off the downstairs lights/doorbell entirely just in case. I have had no problems before installing the doorbell, so I believe the issue has something to do with it. I can provide pictures of the doorbell wiring if needed.

TL;DR
Installed new ring wired doorbell, lights stopped working, restarted lights and doorbell, lights working but doorbell not working
Yes, by all means show photographs.

Isolate the power and remove whatever you needed to connect into the existing wiring.

It may be that you’ve taken a feed for the bell from a light switch that doesn’t have a neutral…. But we will see.

The photo I have provided was how our doorbell was wired previously, with the cables on terminal 0 and 2, however I did some research and I believe that terminal 0 connects the doorbell to the chime, and that is why the Ring Doorbell wasnt able to fully turn on due to only getting half of its needed power, so I instead moved the cable from terminal 0 to terminal 3, which should supply full power to the doorbell through the transformer, and right now all of my problems have been solved; the lights work and so does the doorbell. Thank you!
