I would say that will be fine yes. A bit of a cheapy brand, so not sure what lifespan will be like, but should work fine.

I personally would check the output voltage both off-load and on-load once you get it, just to be on safe side.

Most of these PSUs work fine on light or zero load so yes. What does it actually power?

Avoid no-name / grey import brands as they might not be manufactured to UK safety standards, and if the insulation is substandard or the leakage current is high, and the 5V circuit is used within the sauna, that could increase the risk of electric shock.

I have got a 5v power supply to run the control panel side of it so want to replace the black dual 12v/5v supply with the single 5v supply pictured , So its just the red and purple thin wires on dc2 and com on the old black supply I need to transfer over with the L AND N wires, the other 3 are just for an old car radio which is being removed.

So I just need to know were the thin red and purple wires from dc2 and com go on the new 5v supply. Guess v+ and v-, But which way round. Many Thanks

Fitted it working great, Tested output and is 5.030, Guessing thats good, Couldnt of done it without your help.
