Second post of the evening for me!

Just wondering if there is some sort of guidance for the schedule of items inspected pages on the NICEIC test certs?

Seems like a list of things which could be interpreted in different ways so it would be good to have a definitive explanation for each if there is one?

Guidance? The On-Site Guide might help.
It should give you a bit of an idea considering you are talking about eleven sections with sixty or seventy items.
I must admit, I find it all a bit too much these days.
It's a series of tick boxes, many of which should be automatically adhered to, anyway.

eg. 'Confirmation that ALL conductors are correctly located and are tight and secure'..........give me strength.......then I can retighten after checking?

Perhaps it ought to be an instruction rather than a question i.e. "Ensure ALL conductors are correctly located and are tight and secure" just a thought.

Yeh... I found a couple of loose wires, so I just left them and put a cross in the box instead of a tick. ?
