I'm guessing its to fit iso, if I'm right maybe you could tag it on to Nicholas's RCD/EICR thing so that could be two things they could ignore in one hit

Take a look in the stickys Sefton, one of our members, NicholasOwen has a personal crusade to get RCDs in every UK domestic let and compulsory EICRs.
Not saying it's a bad thing, just that the powers that be will most probably do nothing about it
