Hi, has anyone been to any of the C&G 2372 PV courses running across the country. They all seem to be between £495 to £995 + vat,and all rather expensive compared to 2391.
The MCS website mentions getting accreditation from NIC or NAPIT.Can you get these accreditations without the C&G 2372 qualification?Or can anyone shed light on the requirements?

Cheers :)

You don't actually need c&g course I did a pv course with ppl it was done in my area at a hotel and so was limited ,good basic info but i would'nt recommend it although it might be better at their site this was a Niceic course had to have 17th etc.
However i'm going to do the C&G course as well i think it will be money well spent, i think there's a lot of people who think its just a case of doing a bit if wiring and chuck a few modules on the roof, but its not so straight forward as that
but if you install and a supplier does the design then its down to you to check its correct, so you obviously need to know the subject well

Cheers. It seems as tho I'm going to have to do a lot of swatting up on things new.Still beats the £600 for the C&G.I have just downloaded MIS-3002 SAP2005 MCS 001 MCS 002 so I can print 'em out and read 'em on't bog. :)
