Some cable types on the right method are comfortably into three figures on 16mm so it's not impossible (but I'll grant you unlikely!)Seems a long run,& on 80 amps.

Why 2% not 3%?Submain so allowing 2% vd. 16mm over that distance you can have about 10A to 15A to play with.
That allows you 1% for the final circuits. If you worked on 3% for the distribution circuit technically you couldn't have lights...Why 2% not 3%?

If you allowed 3% you have no tolerance for the final lighting circuits. 2% is often used as a rule of thumb for submains.Why 2% not 3%?
