My brother in law made me aware of this act which is which is imminent and is currently being flagged to local local authority building control departments. In a nutshell you need to ensure that your insurance accurately describes and covers your business activities and risk. The article and act outlines a duty of fair presentation of risk to your insurer and vice versa from your insurer to you. Most relevant if you have diversified in your business and are now doing things you weren't when you took out your insurance. Maybe a good time to review existing insurance arrangements, is law on 12th August 2016.
