Depends upon the thickness of insulation but a minimum of 25mm conduit.

Fancy name for Kopex I believe......

Kopex is a brand and it’s not the same. Twin walled duct is smooth in side and not corugated on the inside like some flexible conduit. Being smooth it’s easier to pull cables through.
