They should sit in with you in all instances like this, regardless of what the outcome maybe. You should contact them direct and complain about it.
To the best of my knowledge the regs do not say that at all. There will be circumstances on an IV where live tests cannot be done there and then, EG where there is no supply but when it is connected live tests must be done.Dose anyone know where in the regs it says that you don't have to do the live test, I know what your saying but in some times you don't have to do all off the live test to get the as readings
Some results can be calculated for the purpose of an EICR, but not for initial verification as far as I know.
Really? That sounds a bit suspicious to me.
You'd have to carry out a live polarity test seperately then, so might as well have done the Zs test.
