I think your winding me up onions :clown: but for benefit of doubt the grey on standard 230 s plan heating system does nothing except fire boiler when brown switch live closes contacts between grey and orange
 
When a motorised valve motor is energised it makes the micro switch switch.
when it has no voltage to it the micro switch breaks.
On a normal s plan the switch is connected via the grey live and orange sw live.
to get this to work with nv .....
wire from prog or room stat to valve
you might want to put this on a seperate zone as u floor takes longer than rads to hit temperature.
wire back to boiler with a cable to boiler to switch the relay inside the boiler.
