What do you think of these prices?

Is this real or is one of you guys just winding the rest of us up!!! My brother the gardener in bristol is over charging and I'm under charging for rewires in london!! Could this be the time to put up my prices and loose more custom to the eastern brotherhood! Or maybe I shouldn't take any notice, just stick the light bulbs back in when I finish testing the fuse box?!
