Clause 1.1.1 - Coffee will be served on site by the customer at fifteen minute intervals, with the company choice of biscuit, any time a senior member of the company is on the site.

I am kidding - that's an informal contract term which most of my customers manage to comply with anyway. I'm lucky like that, I guess.

On another note - got your email - digging through it now, and will get a tidied up one to you later on mate.

The basics seem to be there, but some of it needs a bit of clarification/addition/tidying.
