While on my fav topic of drivers, I also liked the ones I had years ago were the Wiha proturn or protwist ( the ones wiha made before this current design ).
I also like the grip on Stanley Fatmax drivers, I don't have the insulated set just a normal set but the handles are effectively the same and feel nice in the hand.

The ones that don't seem as populat here but are absolutely everywhere in the US and Canada are the Kleins with the big chunky black rubber grip.
