Why can’t I find the NICEIC online certification APP on my APP store anymore? Has it been taken over by the Clik APP now? I can’t find any info on the websites giving clear guidance. Frustrating!

No. Clik is nothing to do with online certification, but works with the certification software.

Seems they might have pulled it due to errors.

Edit: no wait, that article is from 2017. So perhaps long been sorted since that glitch.

Clik do one service for NICEIC. NICEIC also do their own.
Contact whoever you dealt with prior to discontinuation to find out what's changed.
First thing, have you payed for the 18th software, etc?
