On a mobile device click the menu then click install app. Done. You get push notifications amongst other things. Its a progressive web app not an app available in an app store. That just means its web-based and uses our hosting rather than Google or apples. But its largely basically an app.

The Electricians Arms is a private area on ElectriciansForums.net that only those who have proven they are an electrician, with lots of experience (and polite manor) can gain access to. There used to be quite a long URL for the 'Arms (our pub that allows lock-ins and will cut a get specifically for each member, so they can lockup if they're last in) but now I've just shortened it for us all. You can now link your account with social media by going to the following page. https://www.electriciansforums.net/account/connected-accounts/ We had this feature some time ago but I removed it when Facebook was found to be selling the data they collected without informing the users of what was happening. Thankfully that dirty side of the industry has been called out on and now shouldn't exist. We've had our Electrical Videos section running for a while now and we proudly host a massive 4 videos. Whaaaat? Only 4?!?! Apparently so. Just the 4 then. The rest being embedded. There's now a toggle in each main orange forum category, click it, it'll minimise all forums within it for you. You can always toggle back if you want to look for a forum you think might be in one. This will NOT hide the posts from Whats New tab etc. It just literally lets your browse the forum homepage quicker. There are some forums that are setup for SEO and whatnot, that just don't warrant keeping really and I'll soon shift them around a bit and confuse you all again but until then, toggle them. :) Cheeeeeeers. P.S. Some more update information coming soon, but they are already in action so you might see them yourself from time to time. ;)
