Stanley fatmax hard base toolbag, £15 at B&Q

What size is the b&q bag? The screwfix one is 450mm and the one I have just seen on b&q website is 250mm

There good bags, had mine for 3-4 yrs, still going. Would recommend any of the stanley fatmax gear.

I think the fat max stuff is generally overpriced but when I've managed to pick bits up on sale or clearance it's seems good quality

It is the same bag I went there yesterday as I want a small tool bag , couldn't find it so I showed a member of staff the online pic and he entered the product code and the large bag was what came up, possibly the 250mm mentioned is the width of the bag but it is the one in the op so a bit of a bargain really!

image.jpgI've had one of these for ages now, much cheaper than a veto pro pac and very rugged, a slot for everything, keeps all my tools organised

Thanks for posting this . I went along to the local one and bought two of them . At that price they are good enough to keep all the loose spare gear together, and as a tool bag for the car/van. They are a decent bag for £15 , thanks again.

^^^ Likewise! I'd been looking for an inexpensive, smaller bag; these were tucked away whilst the £40 De Walt bag was front & centre. At 15 notes you can't really go wrong.

Eh, ...So what would you call the Veto Pro Pac range then??
A bit of a loaded question that one!

Personally wouldn't spend that much on a bag but I work out of a van and need to change the content of my bag pretty much job to job so I'm just chucking stuff in and out of it.

Some of the guys obviously have a set tool kit and want to keep it organised and neat which I can appreciate, it's horses for courses I suppose!

A lot of the industrial maintenance sparks and fitters I know have these suitcase type boxes that are around £400, but then one guy has about 10k of gear in his
