It seems are lot of clients are specifying NIC only for their contracts, insurance work etc,so why do,nt Napit start inspecting commercial/industrial work on the annual visit,so they can claim their members are more than house bashers.Regards,Sinewove
I'm searching through the threads looking to see which card I'm entitled to as a QS but can't find a definitive answer.
Like many on here, I have c&g 2360 1,2 and C, AM1&2 and the more recent 17th edition,
has anyone applied and got a sensible result recently?

I've been asked to carry out a test for my sister in law, they need it so that they can sell the house. Am I right in assuming that I just need to carry out an EICR? Do they require anything more than this? I'm NIC DI approved but this doesn't cover EICR's so didn't know if I would have to be...

I've been brought upto to think that the best electricians were all niceic approved contractors. None of this elecsa or napit ********. I often thought that most electricians would love to try and become one but it seems that most people out there just think these scheme are a rip off and choose...
