Is there any legislation in time frame which should be certified by competent person ?
I am applying now to join Napit, and dont know how long it will take to pass everything, as I did rewired full my house some time ago with plastic consumer unit.

The assessor is asking for evidence of work we don't do(industrial) and also evidence of managerial issues like site diaries, allocating jobs, variation documentation and recording etc...
