rcd protection?
hi folks just seeking clarification, am i right that rcd protection is not required, for example 16amp commando socket for roller door or a 3phase commando socket for a compressor? all cabling is run on the surface- marksparky

Commando RCBO off old wylex
Saw something today - I'm putting a few new s/o in on a ring main in a flat. 3 PHASE 5 pin commando plug isolater
Hi there just a quick question do you have to have an isolater switch above this type of plug ie for turning of when removing plug ect or can you just wire it straight in to the plug from the DB cheers lad danny- daniel hill

commando with female 20mm thread
please guys i'm begging!! I can't find a commando type 230v/16a plug that has a 20mm female thread to allow either an SWA gland or flexible conduit termination.
