Hi guys, Does anyone know of the legal minimum/maximum heights for hand dryers in;
1)Normal WC's
2)Disabled WC's
3)Childrens WC's
We fit alot at work and it's one of those things that nobody seems certain on the heights. Had a quick flick through the regs and OSG and can't find them.
Thanks
James
Hi, abit of a problem. Having to program a Mitsubishi fx 128mt ess plc. Don't have any disks just wondered if the hand held can make it run and stop as we have one.
These types don't have a switch on the unit and are quite old. If so how? It's in stop mode, so have programmed my ladders just...
Which is best?

My question is, if you were to strike a 230v power supply with say a 110v "kango", and were holding the handle, would the tool / cables / transfromer give a route to earth this...

Hi,
Just bought a Rechargeable Hand Torch from Lidl and in my opinion it's good value for the money and far better than the ones from B&Q or Wickes. Would be useful in lofts or any dark corners.

Hi all! I am from the plumbing forum, but thought I would ask if anyone has seen this before? I had a quick look at a Redring 9.5 expressions shower that had totally stopped, yesterday. Then the owner said it starts & pulses when his wife uses a hand blender in the kitchen! Couldn't believe it...

An extract from a letter I wrote many years ago based on American recommendations.
With any HV / LV switching operations follow the “Left hand rule”.
IE Never operate a switch with your body directly in front of the switch. If the operating handle is to the right of the switch, stand to the...
I was trying to remove some very stubborn cable clips from a nicely painted wooden surface - doing as little damage as possible, which wasn't easy as this was panelling close to wall.
I remember seeing somewhere what looked like a large flathead screwdriver, only the business end was curved up...

I have someone thinking of swapping a 3000TL out for a system that can charge batteries and island. Is there a second hand inverter market and would you buy a nearly new model? Or is there a system that can do this and is compatible with a 3000TL?
Cheers...

Just wondering if this industry still has a problem with cash in hand labour? In my area this was rife. In this case the cash in hand wasn't usually enough to be paying tax. You ended up on an apprentice wage of about £60 for 3 days work. Cheap labour, but to the lads (16 straight out of school)...
Anybodys thoughts on this hand dryer ive come across?
Came across the hand dryer doing some PAT in some offices. The hand dryer has been put onto a plugtop in a toilet, which i know should really be into a fused spur. Thing is its connected to a RCD socket above which is on its own dedicated...
