Hi Everyone

I am needing to buy 17th Edition Wiring Regs. I see on ebay they have a pdf file of the whole book for a pound. Not sure why so cheap if the whole book. Surely one could print off and bind - or is this a copywrite wrip off?
I would welcome your thoughts.
