Q1>when determining design current, the correction factor that is applied to a bs 3036 rewirable fuse?

and

Q2>the correction factor for cables installed in free air with a 90oC thermosetting insulation and an ambient temperature of 40oC is?

where in the regs do i find this information???

sure is Luke, table 41.1 for TN & TT,

BUT read in conjunction with 411.3.2.2, 411.3.2.3, & 411.3.2.4

now tell me what the disconnection time is;)

Re: 2382 17th questions i am stuck on

411.3.2.3 says, disconnection time not exceeding 5's. soi nthe table 41.1 under TN its 0.4
so the answer is 0.4?

.

.
heres another one which is croppin up and i cant find it, well, havnt got a clue where to look?

cable couplers should be arranged so that the plug of the coupler is connected to

a: the load side
b: the feed side
c: the terminals of the consumer unit
d: a splitter box

now personsonally i'd say feedside?? tell me why if i am wrong

yep its 0.4 seconds (assuming TN)

Answer A for second question

read 553.2.2 and work it out from that.....:p;)
