Practising Electrician (Qualified - Domestic or Commercial etc)
I am Andy and live in beautiful North Wales. Served an installation spark apprenticeship way back when I left school in 1979 , did all the extras at the time then became disillusioned with the JIB, unions etc and drifted in to other areas. Specialised in chemical and petroleum stuff the drifted in to industrial servicing , commissioning and installation of process machinery, controls, robots, PLC's etc did that for 28 years. Covid came along and I manipulated compulsory redundancy then went back to my roots, renewed my quals plus a few of the newer ones, ev , solar, inspection & tested and set up my own little business still doing industrial work in the same field I had been in nut also doing bits and bobs of electrical work as well. I am semi retired and more than busy enough for what I need to be.

Welcome from a fellow Welshman although one or two miles further south (12 miles north of Cardiff). Are you in real North Wales or the part with a Liverpool accent?
