Applying for jobs, advice please

Looking for advice guys
I've got about 6 months site experience.
I've passed the 2330 level 2 & 3 also completed 2391
I've been looking for mate/improver jobs but there's not that much about in my area but there does seem to be quite a few electrician vacancies.
I'd like to know should/can I apply for the electrician vacancies bearing in mind my lack of experience but I do possess the certificates or what do you suggest ?

call agencies and ask for "inspection and testing" work, if you have 2391 you should be able to walk into that sort of work...?

Apply for the vacancies - if they don't want you they'll soon tell you - what have you got to lose?

Apply for all the jobs that pays,worry whether you can handle them after they take you on

Job adverts are always wish lists, so employers end up asking for more than they'll need. you should always apply for jobs that go beyond your skill set, then you get the chance to grow your skills and improve your position.

Good advice everyone, thanks a lot.
I suppose most of it, in my case, is having confidence in ones own ability, which is why I've not applied for the electrician vacancies and only gone for mate jobs.
I'm not that confident really, due to lack of experience
