I used to be an apprentice cable joiner 28 years ago for Eastern Electricity, happy days, up to my knees in mud every day after digging a three foot deep hole and then jointing live cables, now why did I stop doing it again? I did have a rubber mat and gloves though! Good transferable skills to be gained here.
